Each order is hand packed specially for you! Every item ordered will be boxed and wrapped individually. If you need a gift receipt, please let us know by selecting this option at checkout.
Returns exchanges
Returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase date. To return an item please email hello@thetartanlabel.com with your order number and reason for return.
If you have opted for an exchange, you will get a refund of the difference.
If you have been gifted one of our products and would like to exchange it for something else, please message us and let us know the buyer's email address and the delivery address and we can track the order down.
UK returns
UK returns will incur a cost of £5. This will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
Once we have received your return request, you will receive a confirmation email and shipping label, you will need to print the return label and stick it on the parcel before sending it back.
Returns responsibility
The customer holds the responsibility for the products being returned until they have been successfully received at our returns address.
Please retain your shipping receipt as it contains the tracking number for reference.
Worldwide returns
Worldwide returns will not be sent a returns label, the customer will have to pay for the expense of returning the product themselves. Once the return has been received they will receive their refund. Please get in touch with us hello@thetartanlabel.com if you wish to return from overseas.
